Staff Project Manager

What You'll Do:
You’ll join a collaborative and fast-moving team that builds and supports custom trading platforms for leading clients. Our team works closely with developers, system engineers, and business teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. As a Staff Project Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for both clients and internal teams - guiding projects from planning to launch and ensuring smooth operations every step of the way.
In this role, you will:
Act as the day-to-day contact for our clients and internal teams, keeping everyone aligned and informed,
Define and prioritise new features and improvements,
Create development plans, assign tasks, and monitor team progress,
Maintain clear and organised project documentation and dashboards,
Track project performance and key metrics to ensure we stay on target,
Manage support tickets, help resolve technical issues, and escalate when needed,
Coordinate across different internal teams to make sure projects get the right tools and support,
Influence and drive large changes when needed.
Who You Are:
You’re an experienced project manager with a strong technical foundation and a track record of driving projects forward in a collaborative environment. You’re comfortable handling day-to-day communication with clients, managing priorities, and supporting your team through the delivery and support phases.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
A minimum of 10 years experience managing technical or software development projects,
A good knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem or programmatic trading platforms (SSP, DSP, RTB),
A good understanding of digital advertising or online platforms,
Previous experience in software engineering,
A good understanding of web technologies and software development workflows,
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks across multiple work streams,
A clear and confident communication with both technical teams and clients,
Hands-on experience with JIRA and familiarity with tools like Graphite and BigQuery.
Nice to have:
A degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical field,
Ability to manage issues, troubleshoot efficiently and escalate when needed,
Experience with u-Platform or similar internal tools,
Familiarity with performance monitoring and reporting tools,
PMP or PRINCE2 certification,
Previous experience working in a client-facing technical role,
Experience managing a team,
Russian language.
