Team Manager, Emerging Account Strategy

What You'll Do:
Criteo is in search of a Manager of Emerging Account Strategy who will be responsible for leading a team of Account Strategists who act as a strategic partner to our clients and agency partners. This role reports to the Head of Emerging Korea and covers high-potential advertisers across diverse verticals such as Retail, Travel, Gaming, Finance, and more.
The ideal candidate will partner with Account Executives on prospecting and pitching to agency partners, drive the sales of Criteo Marketing solutions, and ensure our clients have seamless and impactful experience with Criteo. The Account Strategy team works cross-functionally with Data Analysis, Technical Solutions, Product, Marketing, Ad Ops, etc. to manage all aspects of the campaign lifecycle.
Lead and inspire a team of Account Strategists by setting a high-performance bar, coaching for growth, and drive team success against ambitious revenue and strategic goals.
Build and execute strategic business plans in partnership with Account Executives and agency partners; drive incremental budgets, upsell new solutions, and strengthen account health and retention.
Provide top level strategic account management to clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients and agency partners establishing as a trusted consultant at all levels, including C-level
Advise on client’s digital strategy and educate advertisers on Criteo’s technology across channels
Coordinate cross-functional resources across Product, Ad Ops, Technical Solutions, and Marketing to deliver scalable growth and operational excellence for your clients.
Identify and activate strategic growth opportunities across the client portfolio, ensuring performance excellence and long-term revenue expansion.
Analyze a wide range of performance metrics and KPI’s to identify personalized solutions on a client level and make sure client goals are reached
Proactively identify and suggest new processes toward enhancing Criteo’s service
Drive and lead internal account management related initiatives with strong collaboration from cross-functional teams including technical solutions, analysts, creative and products
Create personalized proposals and deliver presentations to clients on a monthly and/or quarterly basis
Develop, document and roll out new processes and workflows that create efficiencies for Account Strategist responsibilities
Serve as the voice of client needs to internal teams, contributing to product feedback loops and innovation.
Who You Are:
8+ years in Account Management and Sales Planning functions in the AdTech and Digital media industry, with proven experience in online performance media or agency experience. Expertise in Commerce or Brand verticals is highly preferred.
People management experience. You love to manage and grow your team, retaining and building a team of high performers.
Demonstrated track record of success in offering outstanding customer service and innovation leading to revenue growth and customer retention.

Excellent understanding of Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Business Analytics
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Network within independent agencies, Holdco., Global agencies is a plus.
BA/BS university degree
Native in Korean, Fluent in English
