What You'll Do:

  • As an Agency Development Lead, you will be pivotal in driving the growth and success of Criteo's partnerships with independent advertising agencies. This role blends strategic leadership, relationship management, and business development to maximize the impact of Criteo's solutions across agency portfolios.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define priorities and strategies to elevate Criteo as a leading platform for brand-building and business-driving solutions.
  • Agency Management: Own the financial performance of your agency portfolio, ensuring quarterly and annual partnership targets are met.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership across independent agencies, acting as the primary point of contact and thought leader.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with client services, product, and engineering teams to align offerings with client needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Education & Enablement: Develop and deliver scaled education programs across agency disciplines, including media, digital, and strategic planning.
  • Business Development: Lead new business efforts, including responding to RFPs, negotiating MSAs, and identifying upselling opportunities to expand agency accounts.
  • Performance Management: Track revenue performance and take corrective measures to optimize outcomes across agency portfolios.
  • Innovation & Influence: Engage with internal stakeholders to influence product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with market and client demands.

Who You Are:

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of strategic sales experience, preferably in AdTech, with a focus on programmatic and performance marketing sales.
  • Proven ability to develop and grow client relationships, particularly within agency and independent company clients.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging and influencing C-level clients.
  • Strong quantitative skills paired with adept negotiation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A track record of successful business development, including identifying and capitalizing on opportunities across diverse agency functions (e.g., strategy/planning, video, search, shopper, programmatic).
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and adaptability under pressure.
  • Collaborative mindset, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams and a team-player attitude.
  • A passion for continuous learning, a drive for excellence, and a sense of fun to navigate challenges in a dynamic space.

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$120,640-$150,800
