What You'll Do:
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to lead our recruitment efforts across the Americas. This is a high-impact role within a fast-paced Ad Tech environment, reporting directly to the Global VP of Talent Acquisition (based in France). You will lead and develop a team of technical and non-technical recruiters located in the U.S., Canada and Brazil, driving hiring excellence across the region.
As the TA Manager for the Americas, you’ll shape and execute our regional talent strategy, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent aligned with our values and business goals. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, adapt to evolving priorities, and champion recruitment initiatives that fuel Criteo’s growth. This role involves approximately 20% travel, offering opportunities to collaborate with teams across regions and strengthen global partnerships.

What you will do:
- Lead Regional TA Strategy: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with Criteo’s business goals. Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our recruitment processes.
- Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and support the day-to-day performance of the Americas recruiting team.
- Data-Driven Insights: Monitor key recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights to optimize hiring outcomes.
- Process Excellence: Support the design and implementation of interview and evaluation processes
- Executive Hiring: Lead senior-level searches as needed, providing a high-touch, consultative experience to regional leaders.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with hiring managers, HR, Finance and Leadership to understand hiring needs (current and future), define job requirements, and build strong relationships.
- Employer Branding: Partner with the Global EB team to manage employer branding strategies to boost the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Operational Compliance: Work with the Global TA Ops team to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable recruitment processes.
- DE&I Commitment: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices, and foster a culture where every candidate feels valued and empowered.
Who You Are:
- Minimum 5 years TA Team Leadership experience is essential, ideally within the digital marketing or software industry
- Experience working in an international/Global company is essential
- Proven track record of effectively managing up and partnering with senior leadership, including C-suite stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional collaboration, can influence decision-making at the highest levels, and understands how to align recruiting strategy with broader business goals.
- Able to evidence clear and impactful experience of team-coaching and development of direct reports
- Experience of US, Canada & Latin America recruiting markets is essential, particularly supporting R&D, Sales and Commercial teams
- Proven success in recruiting for diverse roles, including technical, sales, and leadership positions.
- Experience in early career engagement, building UR and internship programs.
- Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to structure and solve difficult problems with minimal supervision.
- Data driven & analytical, proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resource databases. Experience with Workday is a bonus and PowerBI.
- Effective communication skills: Ability to articulate Criteo’s value proposition to candidates and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Comfortable navigating a fast-paced corporate environment with changing priorities.
- Innovative mindset: Bring fresh ideas to the table and continuously improve our recruitment practices.

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
$120,000 - $165,000
