What You'll Do:

As the SVP, Global Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will lead the development and execution of Criteo’s most critical external partnerships to accelerate growth and innovation across the Company. This role requires a high-impact, commercially savvy leader who can navigate complex ecosystems, influence senior stakeholders, and drive transformational deals from ideation through execution.

Who You Are:

Key Responsibilities

· Build, lead, and scale a high-performing global strategic partnerships and channel sales team across multiple regions and product lines

· Continue to establish scalable processes and systems to support rapid partnership growth

· Define and execute Criteo’s global strategic partnership roadmap, aligning with company priorities in Retail Media, Demand, Supply, Identity, and Data.

· Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships that unlock new revenue opportunities, enhance product capabilities, or accelerate market expansion.

· Own relationships with key partners (e.g., commerce platforms, DSPs, data providers, measurement firms, identity solutions, AI providers, and many others).

· Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to evaluate and operationalize partnership opportunities.

· Structure and close complex commercial agreements, including strategic alliances, co-development efforts, and joint go-to-market plans.

· Track and measure performance of partnerships to ensure value realization, ongoing alignment, and long-term success.

· Represent Criteo externally at industry events and with C-level partners to strengthen market presence and thought leadership.

Qualifications

· 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or similar roles, preferably in AdTech, Walled Garden platforms, or Agencies.

· Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, especially in retail media, programmatic advertising, or data partnerships.

· Proven track record of building and scaling global partnership organizations with $100MM+ revenue impact.

· Proven success in structuring and negotiating high-impact deals with large, complex organizations.

· Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.

· Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

· Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.

· Fluency in multiple markets and business cultures globally.

· MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$360,000 - $400,000
