What You'll Do:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our APAC Sales Operations team. This role focuses on supporting sales performance analysis and sales compensation processes across APAC markets, with a primary base in either Japan or Korea.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Strategy, Finance, Reporting, Compensation, HR, and Sales across APAC, as well as global partners. Your insights and process management will play a key role in leadership decision-making, resource allocation, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Compensation Processes

  • Assist in administering and maintaining sales compensation processes including Target Setting and Achievement across APAC.

  • Support the management and enhancement of compensation tools (e.g., Anaplan) in collaboration with internal IT and global teams.

  • Help define and implement sales compensation plan frameworks and ensure process documentation and training materials are up to date.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Work closely with stakeholders to turn sales and operational data into actionable insights for Sales Leadership and Sales Strategy Partners.

  • Help design, run, and optimize key business processes.

  • Participate in process improvement efforts to enhance scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as a trusted partner to Sales Strategy Business Partners, Sales teams, and APAC leadership by helping align business goals with operational planning.

  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that shape the future operating model of the growing APAC business.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of work experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Business Analytics or similar role - preferably in an international, matrixed organization

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present complex data effectively

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to work effectively across diverse teams and senior stakeholders

  • Organized, proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimum direct supervision

  • Detail oriented team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills/Expertise essential

  • Experience with Salesforces, Anaplan, PowerBI, and SQL is a plus


Language Requirements

  • English: Fluent (mandatory)

  • Japanese, Korean, and/or Mandarin: Plus
