What You'll Do:

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our team and support key businesses across APAC, including the growth of key China clients. In this role, you will leverage your technical skills and proactive mindset to transform data analytics into actionable insights.

Your role includes expanding optimization tests and implementations to key clients across APAC, accelerating growth for strategic China clients, and driving innovation by collaborating with global teams and effectively utilizing tools and resources. You will utilize your technical expertise, a client-focused approach, strategic consulting skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics to deliver impactful solutions.

Working closely with various teams, you will deliver data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns, address performance challenges, and achieve measurable results. Your work will directly contribute to client success and business growth in APAC, particularly by unlocking new opportunities for China clients through advanced analytics and tailored solutions.

As part of a collaborative and dynamic team, you will play a key role in driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions that meet client needs and contribute to business growth across APAC.

  • Analyze and Identify Opportunities: Understand client needs and challenges by analyzing product features and market dynamics. Develop innovative and creative ideas that address these challenges and deliver value.

  • Support Key China Client Growth: Partner with local teams to deliver insights and solutions that drive measurable growth, optimize performance, and deepen strategic partnerships.

  • Drive Innovation and Strategic Execution: Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to lead innovation initiatives, from ideation to implementation. Provide strategic consultation, align with key stakeholders, and execute tests and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives to validate new ideas using data-driven evaluations

  • Scale Impact and Recommend Solutions: Translate test results into actionable recommendations, supporting internal teams with optimization strategies and seamless tool integration. Scale proven solutions across clients and markets to maximize business value and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Collaborate Across Regions: Travel opportunities to other markets and work closely with global teams to foster collaboration and expand responsibilities across regions.

Who You Are:

You possess a unique blend of technical expertise, analytical acumen, and a client-focused mindset. You thrive in collaborative environments, are detail-oriented, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.

Technical Skills:

  • A solid grasp of SQL and Python to manage complex data scenarios and create meaningful features

  • Hands-on experience with data science techniques, such as statistical modeling, deep-dive analysis, and AB testing

  • Familiarity with statistical methods to validate hypotheses and assess business impacts would be a plus

Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to identify patterns and understand data relationships, turning them into actionable insights that drive impact

  • Ability to translate complex analytics into clear, strategic recommendations

  • Strong skills in creating clear and compelling visualizations to communicate insights to diverse stakeholders

Client-Centric Mindset:

  • Deep understanding of client challenges; designing tailored optimization strategies that meet client’s unique needs

  • Ability to communicate data-driven insights in a clear and actionable way, ensuring alignment with client objectives and global collaboration

  • A business-oriented mindset to anticipate potential challenges and adapt strategies accordingly would set you apart

Communication Skills:

  • Proficiency in English and Chinese is mandatory for working with both local and global teams

  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, concise language that resonates with clients and commercial stakeholders

Leadership & Proactivity:

  • Ability to lead initiatives, facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment of efforts across teams

  • Experience managing projects with defined objectives, timelines and deliverables

  • Taking ownership of challenges and identifying opportunities for innovation

Market Understanding:

  • Ability to adapt solutions to client contexts industry-specific challenges, and market dynamics, ensuring relevance and impact in every situation

Desired Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s degree or above preferred) in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics, consulting, or digital advertising

  • Familiarity with Adtech technologies (e.g., cookies, DSP, SSP, RTB) and experience with analytics modeling (e.g., machine learning, statistical analysis) would be beneficial
