What You'll Do:

As a member of our Product Team, you will work on our BidSwitch offering and industry stance and actively contribute to achieving product-market fit. Originally the key product of IPONWEB, BidSwitch product became a member of Criteo product suite as part of IPONWEB acquisition in 2022 and remains the unique trading operations and infrastructure optimizing solution in Real Time Bidding (RTB) world.

You will join a diverse team of product managers and partner with world-class engineering teams to maintain BidSwitch in its leading role of the RTB trading facilitator. Your mission will be to identify industry trends along with the clients’ needs and lead the entire process from ideation to product launch, to address those.

You will lead the client experiences aspect of BidSwitch product portfolio, focusing on BidSwitch UIs and APIs, internal and external reporting, RTB traffic management controls and more generally improvements aligned with our clients’ needs.

You will need to work on all steps leading to a successful product:

· Understand our clients’ business and strategical needs keeping regular contact with key ones

· Identify underserved areas where we can create value with our expertise, including integration/cooperation points with Criteo Commerce Media Platform products

· Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand which capabilities need to be built

· Work closely with several R&D Teams, overseeing the delivery of the features / initiatives

· Become knowledgeable about the architecture and capabilities of BidSwitch product as well as other Criteo products

· Work with Commercial and Product Marketing teams to ensure that new features are properly understood and rolled out

Who You Are:

  • Technically savvy, software engineering background is an advantage
  • Have experience managing technical software products or features from kick-off to shipping
  • Have pragmatic approach to ensure that your product and features are successful
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills with a precise talent for articulating customer challenge into specs
  • Keen to digest partner needs and pain points to transform them into conceptional models to develop BidSwitch features
  • Proactive and versatile
  • Have a real interest in technology and like working in fast-paced environments, good understanding of RTB mechanics is an advantage

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$152,500 - $195,000
