What You'll Do:
Own and execute end-to-end, project-based analytical work in partnership with internal commercial teams — from scoping and data extraction to analysis, delivery, and documentation.
Collaborate closely with Product teams to explore, test, and evaluate Proof of Concepts that inform product direction and business strategy.
Translate complex business questions into structured analytical approaches using SQL (advanced level) and Python (basic proficiency) to support data-driven decision-making.
Work on a rotating project portfolio, offering variety and continuous learning across different business areas and commercial initiatives.
Clearly document methodologies, findings, and recommendations in Confluence to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and cross-functional alignment.
Present actionable insights and project outcomes to commercial stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
Engage in a collaborative, high-performing, and young team environment that values curiosity, ownership, and results.
Partner with Product to ensure analytical work is aligned with roadmap priorities and contributes meaningfully to ongoing product development.
Troubleshoot data quality and integrity issues as they arise, particularly in high-visibility projects.
Stay up to date with industry best practices in data analysis, forecasting, and experimentation to continuously elevate team standards.
Work on-premise to maintain close collaboration and real-time interaction with cross-functional partners.
Who You Are:
At least 5 year of hands-on experience in analytics-focused roles, with strong proficiency in SQL and foundational knowledge of Python for data manipulation and analysis
Fluent-level in English with excellent communication and presentation skills; able to clearly articulate analytical approaches and results to both technical and commercial stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
Solid grasp of core statistical concepts and their practical application, particularly in the context of experimentation and Proof of Concept validation
Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising technologies is a plus, though not required
Strong documentation habits, with experience using Confluence or similar platforms to communicate project processes, results, and learnings
Experience with internet advertising technology (tagging, cookies, trafficking) and digital marketing concepts is preferred
