What You'll Do:

Serve as a trusted advisor by building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of our products. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and proactively optimize account performance. Proactively manage more complex client portfolios, anticipating business needs and delivering strategic technical guidance. Mentor junior TAMs and TS, oversee high-impact projects, and drive long-term client success through data-driven insights.

Client Support and Success

  • Cultivate strong client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor, offering insights, and maintaining proactive communication.​
  • Enhance client understanding and utilization of the product through education, guidance, documentation, and technical support.​
  • Travel to client sites and participate in meetings to foster deeper collaboration, provide on-site expertise, and strengthen relationships.​
  • Lead the successful adoption of new Criteo products and services.​
  • Act as a client advocate, communicating client feedback and needs to the internal Product and R&D teams.​
  • Take full ownership of account health by proactively monitoring performance using internal tools, data queries, and analytics to identify potential issues and opportunities for optimization.​

Project Management

  • Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple integration projects, ensuring timely execution and client commitment.​

Internal Collaboration

  • Act as central coordinator for client support, leveraging internal teams, including Product, Solutions Engineering, Analytics, Creative, and x-regionally.
  • Contribute to in-market and in-region team development by taking ownership in specific areas, acting as a champion, promoting knowledge sharing and leading initiatives within the TS Team.

Integration and Implementation

  • Translate business objectives into technical configurations, and design custom solutions and integration strategies​

Training and Education

  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices by maintaining and expanding technical expertise by completing certifications and actively participating in training sessions.​​
  • Build client-specific materials in collaboration with Creative, Marketing, and other internal teams.​

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience, with minimum 3+ years of working as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Sales Engineer, ideally in digital advertising.
  • Degree in Computer Science or similar fields a plus
  • You have excellent technical aptitude and are curious about new things happening in the digital advertising landscape as well as tech space generally
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and are proactive and independent
  • Experience with building client presentations (PowerPoint or similar) and presenting to both clients and internal stakeholders
  • You can quickly learn the ins and outs of our products and platforms to identify opportunities with clients and help manage and improve their performance
  • Familiarity with client product feeds and providers
  • Familiarity with App integrations (AppsFlyers, Adjust, etc)
  • Experience working with Tag Management Systems (TMS) like Google Tag Manager, Adobe, etc
  • You have some experience working with and reading code. HTML, Javascript, and SQL experience ideal, Python would be plus
  • You have experience working with APIs
  • Experience with automation (conceptual or directly building), building local tools a plus
  • You have worked on server-to-server integrations with clients and or partnering vendors
  • You can quickly and accurately interpret data from our database tables, Tableaus, Microsoft Excel and other internal tools
  • Travel‑ready. Willing to visit key clients or hubs (~10% of the time)
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, as you’ll work collaboratively with the US and other regions
  • Must be a team player, you’ll be a mentor within the team for knowledge sharing
