Workplace Framework & Transformation Director

What You'll Do:
As the Workplace Transformation Director at Criteo, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our office environments, ensuring they foster collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being. Reporting to the VP of the Employee Experience team, which oversees both Workplace Management and Events, you will lead the strategy and execution of workplace transformation initiatives that align with Criteo's global vision and values. You will manage key projects related to the (re)design, optimization, and evolution of our offices across the globe, while also leading a team of two to three people, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development & Execution: Lead the development and execution of Criteo’s workplace transformation strategy.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage large-scale office redesign and workspace optimization projects: openings, closings, renovations, moves...
- Workplace Innovation: Implement innovative solutions for agile workspaces.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with senior leadership, HR, internal IT, and other teams.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage employee feedback, set up equipment and manage occupancy data and related providers, and industry trends.
- Budget & Resource Management: Forecast and manage budgets, resources, and external vendors.
- Change Management & Communication: Ensure smooth transitions during workplace transformations, and run the Communication needs (emails, slack, intranet portal) for Workplace, in coordination with Internal Communications.
Who You Are:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in workplace transformation and project management.
- Proven experience in managing and developing teams.
- Strong project management skills and experience with multi-stakeholder projects.
- Understanding of workplace trends and technology integration.
- Leadership, communication, diplomacy and interpersonal skills.
- Budget management and vendor relations experience.
- Fluent in English.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in global, fast-paced tech companies.
- Knowledge of sustainability and eco-friendly workplace initiatives.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies.
- Passion for innovative and engaging workplace experiences.
