What You'll Do:
Criteo is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Performance Practice Leader to drive the global expansion and success of our fully self-service advertising outcomes product, Commerce GO! This strategic role will serve as a key partner to our senior product leadership and global commercial stakeholders to accelerate technical deployment, adoption, and go-to-market readiness for our self-serve performance marketing solution—most comparable to Google’s Performance Max and Meta’s Advantage+.
You’ll report directly to the Global Practice Leader for Performance Marketing and will be responsible for orchestrating the cross-functional motion needed to establish and scale Commerce GO! across key markets and segments. This is a hands-on, high-impact position that blends GTM leadership, strategic storytelling, product marketing enablement, operational and revenue accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Go-to-Market Leadership
- Define and drive the execution of the global commercial strategy for Criteo’s Self-service outcomes product for small to medium enterprise customers, ensuring clear alignment with client needs, company goals and tangible business outcomes. Work in close partnership with Go To Market, Product Management, Sales, and Regional leadership.
- Shape and influence the product roadmap in partnership with Product and R&D by bringing in-market feedback, competitive insights, and customer requirements.
- Create repeatable and localized Go To Market playbooks and toolkits for global rollout of GO! features.
- Align with Regional commercial leaders, Field sales champions, Performance Solutions Specialist etc to assign ownership of KPIs and ensure Commerce GO! adoption is embedded in QBRs, pipeline reviews, and planning cycles.
- Act as a key liaison between product, sales, and marketing to ensure phased feature launches are operationally supported and properly signposted/communicated.
Product Readiness & Enablement
- Secure alignment with Product Management on roadmap priorities, delivery milestones, and success outcomes.
- Build and manage a feature-level enablement plan (e.g., Self-Registration, Green Button, Full Funnel) with associated PMM leads.
- Oversee creation and distribution of Go To Market assets including launch decks, competitive insights, product sheets, demos, and internal training in partnership with GTM team.
Storytelling & Competitive Positioning
- Lead development of a compelling narrative and core messaging for our solution
- Refine strategic narratives to ensure message-market fit and regional relevance for Commerce GO!’s value proposition.
- Create positioning frameworks and one-pagers for internal and external use.
- Run market feedback sessions with regional, field, global commercial stakeholders to ensure messaging resonates and aligns with market needs.
- Champion consistent delivery of the value proposition across Sales, Account Strategy, and Marketing teams.
Operational Execution & Metrics Alignment
- Lead efforts to finalize a unified global success metric framework with Product, Product Data Science, and Practice teams.
- Oversee implementation of centralized dashboards and standardized performance KPIs for tracking adoption, revenue, activation time, and retention.
- Ensure all commercial reporting and planning uses consistent metrics and definitions across regions.
- Continuously identify process inefficiencies and partner cross-functionally to improve execution rigor and global consistency.
- Develop and share best practices across regions to drive global repeatability and accelerate adoption of self-service capabilities.
Cross-Functional & Executive Influence
- Act as a trusted advisor to regional teams, driving Commerce GO! as a commercial priority.
- Partner with GTM and Product Marketing to ensure execution of readiness plans.
- Represent the self-service business in key forums, including roadmap discussions, commercial reviews, and leadership planning.
Who You Are:
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in ad tech and digital marketing, preference to those with outcome-based products in either CPA or SaaS configurations leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of self-service advertising platforms and performance media (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DSPs).
- Proven track record in product strategy, cross-functional program leadership, commercial enablement, go-to-market planning and commercial growth within complex organizations.
- Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working across global teams and matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable impact and operational rigor.
- Experience leading multi-regional or global teams, ideally across EMEA, Americas, and APAC.
