Business Development Representative - Eastern Europe (Poland & Czech Republic)

What You'll Do:
Join Criteo’s fast-paced team and help drive new business across Eastern Europe, with a strong focus on Poland and the Czech Republic. You'll connect with senior marketing leaders—CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Digital Directors, and Performance Managers—at some of the top e-commerce and travel brands in the region. If you're passionate about sales, curious about the AdTech space, and eager to grow your career in a fast-moving environment, this role is for you.
What will you do:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify and engage key decision-makers at target companies, with a focus on the retail and travel sectors.
- Qualify both inbound and outbound leads to create sales-qualified opportunities across Poland, the Czech Republic, and other Eastern European markets.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to align prospecting strategies, improve lead conversion, and support the sales process.
- Focus on achieving activity metrics, meeting pipeline targets, and driving your personal growth.
- Use data-driven insights and tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to prioritize outreach and build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Develop a strong understanding of Criteo’s advertising solutions and clearly communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, contacts, and opportunity status in Salesforce CRM.
- Take part in ongoing training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives to stay current on product updates and industry trends.
Who You Are:
- Fluent Polish or Czech speaker and fluent English.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results oriented.
- BA/BS degree in related field, preferably Business or Marketing.
- Expert in prospecting (cold-calling, cold-emailing, social selling) in B2B and/or ad tech industries in the region.
- A strong team player with personal leadership skills to drive both yourself and others toward success.
- Proven track record in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
- Skilled in using sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, Excel, and outreach automation platforms.
