What You'll Do:

As Vendor Master Data / T&E Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- the reliability and quality of the Vendor Master Data for all Criteo’s entities worldwide.

- the quality, process and cut off expense claims for all central entities
- Ensuring and fulfill our KYS process, SOX standards and answering to our periodic audit controls queries

This requires close collaboration with the IT, GL Tax, Procurement and Internal Control teams, as well as with the Accounts Payable team in Paris and other members of the finance team in the complex countries. You will be part of Finance Shared Services and will report to the VMD/T&E Team Lead, based in Paris.

Your tasks will include:
• Vendor Master Data
o Ensuring vendors are created, updated and deleted appropriately, and in compliance with SOX standards
o Ensuring Vendor data is completed in alignment with contracts signed by the Business Development, Procurement and any Purchasing requester
o Cleaning, upgrading, updating and due diligence of the vendor master database with our screening compliance tool as regard of the KYS process

• T&E process
o Ensuring that all T&E are processed in a timely manner in compliance with SOX requirements
o Process and manage company card expenses and queries
o Identifying gaps and escalating issues

• Service quality
o Ensuring that queries are answered in a timely manner

Who You Are:

• Highly Organized and Efficient, Structured, with good analytical skills
• Communication skills are key – good team spirit
• Fluent in English
• Previous experience on SAP is a plus
• Experience of working in a fast-moving international environment
• Results driven
• Internal customer satisfaction oriented
• Problem solving
