What You'll Do:

As part of the Business Performance Analytics team within Sales Strategy, your main mission will be to deliver robust, intuitive, and consumable business insights to empower Criteo’s CRO and Commercial leaders to build and drive their commercial strategy.

You will implement a data-driven approach to uncover insights and explain business performance. This role involves working with large and complex datasets and requires someone who is comfortable exploring data creatively to identify trends, generate insights, and build a compelling narrative that informs decision-making.

This VIE role will be based in Barcelona.

Your Mission

  • Operate and improve global business performance overview to drive in-quarter execution on strategic initiatives. Collaborate with several teams to gather inputs on KPIs to track (Regional Sales Strategy, Strategic Finance, Go to Market, etc)
  • Support on unique ad-hoc analyses and projects to provide strategic advice to the business on topics such as productivity, client segmentation and churn. Prepare top quality presentations for senior executives on business strategic matters
  • Leverage both internal and external data sources to build relevant prospect lists for new solutions and overviews of market presence / opportunity

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business or Engineering
  • Proven track record of autonomous work in Excel handling large datasets with strong attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience using SQL for data manipulation and extraction
  • A plus: Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau and familiarity with Python for data analysis
  • Business acumen and interest for the ad tech industry
  • Strong presentation skills (including PowerPoint expertise) and ability to translate data into business insights & recommendations
  • Ability to interact with a variety of teams within the company and foster effective collaboration
  • Very good communication skills and fluency in English
  • Proactivity and commitment
