What You'll Do:

1- Drive Product Strategic Planning

Support and Guide Senior Stakeholders from various Teams (incl. Product, Business, R&D, Go-to-Market, Finance), to help develop Criteo’s Product Strategy and Product Roadmap inline with Company’s objectives, Business Priorities and Financial Plans

2- Act as Project Management Partners for each Product area

Acting as control tower for Criteo’s Product Leaders, ensuring alignment and execution across Business Prioritization, Quarterly roadmap, Go-To-Market delivery – centralizing dependencies with all teams and tracking / mitigating risks. Implement best practices and methodologies to optimize project management processes and improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.

3- Drive Product Strategic Projects

Act as Project Manager for Strategic / Innovative Product projects – maximizing impacts and pace of delivery. Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, to ensure successful project execution. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Who You Are:

  • > 3 years of experience in Consulting, Project Management, Operations, Go-To-Market or Transformation functions in a Fast-paced environment

  • Top performer able to navigate within complexity, work with passion, set high standards for you and your peers

  • A strategic thinker/Problem-solver/Facilitator with exceptional Organization and Communication skills, comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders in parallel

  • Humility, Team player and willingness to learn

  • Experience in AdTech and/or Product Management is a plus but not mandatory

  • Fluent in English; French is a plus but not mandatory.
