What You'll Do:

CRITEO is looking for a SalesforceTechnical Lead to join our XRM Tribe within our amazing Internal IT Team!

The ITT is in charge to provide IT solutions and services to our 3500 employees worldwide and to support the strategic evolution of Criteo offering smart and innovative solutions while ensuring cost efficiency, privacy, security and compliance.

Within IIT, Salesforce tribe’s mission statement stands in one ambition: Build the platform of choice to guide our customer success team to take the right action in the right time to enable our client success.

The technical lead main mission is to ensure that the delivery execution is performed accordingly to the technical guidelines that have been defined (coding standards, quality, best practices).

He is also accountable of keeping the technical debt under control and leveraging the Salesforce platform capabilities on a technical standpoint to ensure scalability, performance and maintainability.

He has to provide expertise and guidance to the delivery factory.

Therefore the main capabilities we are looking for are:

  • Lead Salesforce technical strategy, architecture, and solution design,

  • Work closely with Product Owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions,

  • Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Vlocity (OmniStudio), and integrations,

  • Ensure performance, security, and governance best practices,

  • Oversee Copado-based CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes,

  • Mentor and support developers, unblock them when technical complexities arise,

  • Define and uphold coding standards and best practices, conduct code reviews,

  • Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure seamless development and support,

  • Join forces with Enterprise Architecture and Security teams to ensure solutions are aligned with Criteo guidelines and vision,

  • Contribute to IIT transversal initiatives and business transformation with appropriate tech recommendations.

  • Be an active member of the Tech Lead chapter and find synergies with the wider Tech community.

  • Stay updated on Salesforce and Vlocity releases and recommend new features.

  • Push innovation based on the technical product trends

Who You Are:

  • At least 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with 3+ years in a senior or leadership role,

  • Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Pub/Sub), and Vlocity (OmniStudio, DataRaptor, Integration Procedures, FlexCards),

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security, and performance tuning,

  • Experience with Copado, Git, and automated deployment pipelines,

  • Ability to collaborate with offshore teams across multiple time zones,

  • Required Certifications:

  • Salesforce Developer I

  • Salesforce App Builder

  • Salesforce Administrator

  • Copado and Vlocity certifications are a plus

  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is highly appreciated

  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
