What You'll Do:
Recruiting Support:
Assist in sourcing through LinkedIn and engaging with alumni
Audit requisitions prior to marking "hired"
Support TA with ad-hoc scheduling needs outside of Paradox
Engage with current interns (special events, lunches, etc.)
Conduct market research on hiring trends
Campus Initiative:
Engage with universities and colleges to build on relationships
Work with Jade to confirm campus events for Fall '25 and Spring '26
Collaborate with hiring teams to determine needs for potential rotational program
HR Support:
With new HR Generalist starting in May, great opportunity to build on HR/TA relationship
Who You Are:
Fluent or native English (At Criteo, English is our working language)
You can take initiative and be autonomous on various tasks. You naturally take ownership of any task and are accountable for any deliverables
You demonstrate creativity, energy, empathy, and enthusiasm
You are very organized and extremely diligent
You love to communicate, and you have excellent written communication skills
You like international work environments, and you’re able to work with a variety of stakeholders
You care about people, and you can stay calm and diplomatic while managing many different projects at the same time
You’re a ‘can do’ person, flexible and prepared to roll up your sleeves and join in for project preparation, onsite operations management, and after projects closing
