What You'll Do:

As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering technical excellence and outstanding client support, ensuring our customers achieve their strategic business objectives. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver tailored, innovative solutions that drive success.The ideal candidate is a fast, autonomous learner with a strong technical background and a history of creative problem-solving.

  • Provide expert insights on advanced product features, best practices, and industry trends to help clients achieve their business goals.
  • Act as a client advocate, clearly communicating client feedback and requirements to internal Product and R&D teams.
  • Occasionally travel to client sites as a subject matter expert to facilitate deeper collaboration and strategic consultations.
  • Translate clients' business objectives into precise technical configurations.
  • Design and execute tailored solutions and integration strategies to meet client needs.
  • Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, proactively addressing and resolving challenges with innovative, client-specific solutions.
  • Develop and implement minimum viable products (MVPs) for local solutions and automation to boost team efficiency and enhance client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal Creative and Marketing teams to build tailored, client-specific materials.
  • Create and deliver training sessions for internal and external clients.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • You're passionate about technology, client-focused solutions, and continuous learning.
  • Skilled in Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
  • You have strong analytical and technical skills, coupled with a proactive and innovative mindset.
  • You're an excellent communicator who thrives in collaborative environments and is skilled at bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You enjoy solving complex challenges with creative and strategic solutions.
  • You demonstrate autonomy, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You have experience working closely with Product and R&D teams, advocating effectively for client needs and insights.

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$95,000 - $117,000
