What You'll Do:

Within the Criteo FP&A team, and reporting to the Business Planning Tools and Process Manager, we are looking for a talented FP&A Process Analyst to support and manage the Top Line forecast and budget process worldwide.

This is a key business partnering role, supporting both FP&A and Sales Strategy leaders by ensuring the process is globally aligned and delivers the desired outcomes for all stakeholders. The role supports strategic decision-making and facilitates financial and commercial reviews.

This position requires a balanced skill set across FP&A process modeling, technical expertise, and project management-related soft skills.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Aligning budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes among stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with multiple teams (Corporate FP&A, Strategy and Commercial Finance, Sales Strategy, and Sales Operations) to align the end-to-end planning process and key deliverables.
  • Ensuring the correct initialization of the forecasting tools
  • Monitoring the process and communicating ETAs.
  • Manage and escalate tool-related incidents in coordination with IT
  • Documenting and modeling new requirements.
  • Defining and conducting UAT for new business rules.
  • Modeling new business rules.
  • Conducting process kick-offs and postmortems.
  • Performing QA of master data and other relevant data.
  • Producing global reports for stakeholders to analyze information.
  • Participating in ad-hoc and global projects to streamline the forecasting process and improve the tools.

Who You Are:

  • Experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis team within a multinational company, audit, or consulting firm.
  • Solid knowledge of P&L and general accounting processes and procedures.
  • Comfortable managing complexity and handling multiple tasks concurrently.
  • A proactive, hands-on, and self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-changing, demanding environment.
  • Client-oriented, with strong integrity, analytical skills, humility, and self-awareness.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with and influence senior management.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience with recognized EPM tools (SAP BPC, Anaplan, Oracle, Tagetik) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience with SQL or Python for data analysis or automation is a plus
