Conduct deep research and talent mapping to uncover untapped talent pools. You'll be like Indiana Jones, but for tech talent.

Influence and scale our best practices in sourcing: platforms, web extensions, creative approaches... you'll be on the lookout for new tools and trends. Always be ahead of the curve!
Who You Are:

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. You see patterns where others see chaos.
Creative, results-focused, and possess problem-solving skills.
Resilient and perseverant; you never give up!
You know how to work independently but also are a great team player who enjoys a good laugh and brings positive energy to the team.
Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills. You can craft messages that make candidates say, "Wow, this is my next adventure!"
If you recognized yourself, please apply ! We'd love to hear from you and see how you can bring your magic to our amazing team.
We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above. If your experience looks a little different from our requirements but you believe that you can still bring value to the role, we’d love to see your application!
