Senior Account Executive Nordics, New Business

What You'll Do:
As a New Business Senior Account Executive for the Nordics market, your role is to convert leads and create new opportunities on regional and global accounts leveraging the most advanced Sales Enhancement tools and Commercial methodologies. Your target clients will largely consist of (but will not be limited to) mid-sized businesses.
Plan and execute action plans to consistently hit revenue targets.
Experience in both remote work and building in-person relationships with clients while operating efficiently and effectively.
Autonomously and independently drive business, while also being a team player and engaging in mentoring and coaching of peers.
Partner with Business Development Representatives to research prospects and create outreach strategies.
Comfortable with cold-calling, video calls, and using tools such as Salesforce CRM, SimilarWeb, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to increase volume and maximize conversion rates.
Build great relationships with all internal stakeholders: marketing, legal, technical, account managers, product specialists, and more.
Who You Are:
Advanced consultative selling and closing skills (5 years+ in Sales roles) with a strong focus on achieving business goals.
Deep understanding of the AdTech/MarTech industry and a proven track record of success in technology sales, complex and multi-product, with significant experience in closing deals on C-level.
Ability to pitch multiple AdTech products and make clear, compelling pitches customized to prospective clients' marketing goals and long-term strategies.
Familiar with sales methodologies such as Sandler, SPIN or MEDDIC.
Clear strategy and plan on the next steps with each prospect in your pipeline, who you engage with regularly.
Accurate forecasting and proactive pipeline management skills.
Excellent communication skills and a relevant network in the Nordics market.
Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in English is essential; fluency in additional Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) is a big plus.
Ability to break into new accounts and build new business in the Nordics market.
Keen to consolidate your position in the industry as a thought leader, organizing and attending events as a speaker, staying up to date with market trends and news.
Engage regularly with the market through social selling activities to increase your and the company's brand awareness.
