What You'll Do:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Performance & Operations Analyst to join our EMEA and AMS Sales Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing key operational and analytical processes, including our Revenue Forecasting, Planning and Financial reporting for the AMS market. Your analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate across multiple teams will drive data-driven decision-making, optimize business performance and enhance operational efficiency.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales Strategy, Finance, Reporting and Compensation, as well as give support to your counterparts in EMEA and collaborate closely with Sales Operations APAC. Your insights will play a critical role in leadership decision-making, resource allocation, and shaping our go-to market strategies.
Your contributions will be instrumental in standardizing and automating reporting processes, improving forecast accuracy, and providing key stakeholders with actionable insights to maintain and expand our market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Performance Analysis - Providing AMS Commercial Weekly pulse, conduct in-depth analysis of business performance and sales metrics, identifying trends, risks and opportunities to drive strategic decisions
- Revenue Forecasting and Planning - Supporting RF & PLAN process for AMS market
- Stakeholder Support – Provide ad-hoc analysis and data-driven recommendations to Sales Strategy Business Partners, Sales teams and Commercial leadership
- Commercial productivity analysis – Evaluate sales performance, operational efficiency and resource allocation to enhance productivity and drive growth
- Process Optimization – Identify and implement improvements to reporting structures and operational workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in SQL, data analysis, commercial reporting, and Tableau reports.
- Strong proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI or other data visualization platforms
- Experience working with large datasets, complex queries and data modelling
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet tight deadlines, and drive cross-functional initiatives
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with evolving business needs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for continuous improvement, process automation, and leveraging new technologies to enhance business operations
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making, and driving organizational change.
