Talent Management Apprentice

What You'll Do:
- Supporting Talent Management processes (performance assessment cycle, talent review and succession planning, goal setting, career conversations, etc.).
- Supporting Talent Management programs such as the Leadership Journey (Top Talent).
- Assisting the Talent Management team in implementing Talent & Performance Management processes in our HRIS (Workday).
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses and assessing key indicators to improve our programs.
- Providing support and sharing information with the People Team and managers on various performance campaigns and talent programs.
- Helping support key stakeholders as we update and transform Talent Management approaches and frameworks, ensuring they understand and adapt to these changes (e.g., new processes, tools).
- Helping design and implement communication strategies for employees and the People Team.
Who You Are:
- Available for a one-year apprenticeship starting in September 2025.
- Curious and raising an interest in talent management and human resources.
- Proactive mindset, not afraid of raising questions, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- At ease with data and enjoying solving problems.
- You can build strong & trustful relationships with the people you work with.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Very good level of English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
