WHAT YOU'LL DO

We’re seeking a proactive and technically adept Applications & Integrations Lead to oversee the administration, governance, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem and integrated business tools. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage day-to-day operations, enforce best practices, and partner with stakeholders to drive scalable, compliant solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in a range of application administration at scale, a solid understanding of governance frameworks, and practical expertise with integration/middleware platforms.

  • Manage and optimize Salesforce and integrated systems, ensuring alignment with business goals across GTM, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product teams. Oversee user administration, security, permissions, workflows, automations, and governance across Salesforce and connected applications
  • Administer, support and maintain SaaS tools such as Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo
  • Administer and maintain integration platforms (e.g., Tray.io) to ensure data quality and operational efficiency, and adherence to compliance requirements
  • Lead integration processes for change management, release cycles, and system documentation
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, well-documented solutions
  • Create and maintain documentation for system architecture, processes, procedures, and training
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, ensuring system uptime and reliability

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years of application administration experience in a mid-to-large scale environment (>500 users), preferably with experience managing integrated tool ecosystems
  • Experience integrating tools with Salesforce leveraging common integration types such as Connected Apps, APIs, etc.
  • Proven experience with governance frameworks, change management, and data management in Salesforce and other applications
  • Hands-on experience with middleware/integration tools such as Tray.io, Mulesoft, or Workato
  • Ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional dependencies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and solve technical problems
  • Experience administering SaaS tools (e.g., Marketo, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong,Cognism)
