Job Summary:
The ideal candidate for this role has the unique combination of being business-minded and highly analytical while also having a strong and deep background in Salesforce.com and CPQ. As aPriori’s Manager of Business Analysis, you will be the business owner for our enterprise Go-To Market tech stack. This includes working with our technical administrator resources on the day-to-day management and enhancement of all aspects of Salesforce, CPQ, and Gainsight. You will be the intermediary between the business and the technical team working closely to architect solutions and enhancements as it relates to the Revenue team ecosystem. This role will collaborate extensively with internal and cross-functional team members to build requirements, plan, document, and execute on various projects that support business objectives and scale with the business while implementing processes for continuous improvement within Salesforce.com, Gainsight and the related technology stack. This role will also serve as a trusted advisor around deal structure and order management for the EMEA team, while serving as a backup to the deal desk function for N America as well.

Responsibilities:
• Lead short term and long term projects related to enhancements within applicable tech stack including but not limited to requirements gathering, documentation, QA and UAT testing, and change management
• Day to day support of Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and Gainsight
• Support Salesforce.com data loads and transitions involving integrations with Marketo, SalesLoft, Gainsight, OpenAir, NetSuite, Zendesk, and others
• Liaison on technical solutions driven by requirements gathered from cross-functional stakeholders
• Perform testing of system enhancements within a test environment and other quality assurance tasks
• Deliver outcomes that enable business automation and streamline data management
• Proactively monitor the integrity of our data
• Develop data management standards and best practices for end users
• Troubleshoot and work with technical resources to fix defects for planned releases and production issues, research and find opportunities to utilize SFDC best practices, guidelines to improve system productivity, scaling and monitoring
• Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps and applications available from 3rd parties on the Salesforce AppExchange

Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:
• 4+ years of experience as a business analyst/manager and/or Salesforce and CPQ administrator in a high-growth SaaS company supporting 75+ users
• Adept in multiple software systems; Salesforce.com and related application experience [e.g., Gainsight, DocuSign, Jira, Zendesk, Sharepoint Files Connect, Captivate, Vidyard, as well as integration tools (Celigo)]
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform standard and custom capabilities (e.g. standard and custom fields, validation rules, formulas, page layouts and record pages, custom object and relationships, approvals, and security)
• Conduct QA Tests on changes to Salesforce.com deployment including managing projects in multiple sandbox instances
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and agile delivery methodology
• Experience working with databases and data, performing data cleanup, and/or data manipulation and migration to and from Salesforce.com
• Experience of efficient Dev Ops process for enterprise software
• Have kept abreast of new SFDC features and functionality, and have provided recommendations for process improvements
• Experience with the pace of a high-growth company and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities and deadlines
