As Manager- Sales Strategy, your focus will be on providing proactive and timely business insights to sales leaders and functions across the organization, you will deep dive into data, identify patterns, gaps and work with sales strategy and First line / second line sales leaders.


Your Impact:

You will work closely with sales managers / leaders as trusted advisors and share business insights, identify gaps, key patterns and work with stakeholders which will help drive data led and objective conversations.

You will collaborate with sales strategy business partners and other functions such as finance, employee success, renewals, sales programs etc. to develop a strong business management system.

You will contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our Ohana.


Responsibilities:

Convert data into actionable insights, own analytics and insights, identify what's working well, what needs to be fixed, gaps, blind spots and help address the issues early on.

Develop strong understanding of existing Business intelligence tools, dashboards and capabilities, enable sales leadership to drive self service for sales leaders to run their business using data insights and objectively.

Proactively engage and partner with with stakeholders across the organization, make it easy and simple for stakeholders by defining and formalising the success metrics and key KPIs, source of truth and where to find required and relevant information.

Track progress against goals, priorities and initiatives on a regular basis

Jointly own Business reviews, OBRs, annual planning process.

Required Skills/Experience:

Minimum 10 years plus of experience in Data analytics, insights and sales planning process.

Must have worked in Sales strategy, planning and operations organization preferably in a software company.

Strong understanding of bookings, pipeline, Subscription / SaaS data and ability to convert large and sophisticated business data into insights.

Hands on experience in Sales CRM, Tableau and/or other intelligence platforms & tools.

Strong presentation skills (powerpoint, Google slides)
