Are you a person who loves to work in a dynamic organization and flourishes with delighting customers with an outstanding sales experience? NVIDIA Healthcare sales team is looking for a Senior Account Manager!

At NVIDIA, we are seeking a high-energy and experienced sales professional with a validated successful track record of leading enterprise accounts in the Life Sciences space. This full-time position requires close working relationships with NVIDIA solution architects, business development leaders, and developer relations, to drive revenue for the company. This role requires a strong knowledge of the enterprise business landscape and the drug discovery ecosystem. This person should have the ability to shift easily from working with senior level executives and strategy decision makers to data scientists, and IT leaders at customers and prospects.

What you'll be doing:

You will be responsible for all aspects of strategy creation and implementation, forecasting, sales account management, training and education to a select number of enterprise customers. Be the key point of contact and relationship owner for a defined set of BioPharma customers; identify and prospect new accounts within your specific industry segment.

  • Build key accounts into strategic partners, and drive sustaining revenue, market share growth and product footprint.

  • Work closely with partners, CSP’s, OEM’s, and ISV ecosystem to build and implement go-to-market plans for accelerated growth and adoption of the enterprise product family.

  • Contributing to the long term success of our team by being a collaborative leader amongst your peers. Consistently striving to improve and reinvent yourself.

  • Evangelize the use of NVIDIA's accelerated computing platform and domain specific SDK’s to your customers.

  • Ability to travel as needed.

What we need to see:

  • BA degree or equivalent experience.

  • 12+ years’ experience selling solutions to senior executives at named accounts.

  • A real passion for getting things done in a dynamic sales and technology environment.

  • Consistent track record leading significant revenue and overachieving targets to meet stretch goals.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically and effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal) and influence cross-functionally.

  • Experience and relationships within the Life Science industry.

  • Understanding of NVIDIA's healthcare platform (Clara, BioNeMo, etc.)

  • Understanding of NVIDIA's accelerated computing platform across hardware (Networking, GPU, CPU), Software, and SDKs/APIs

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Understanding of data science workflows, modern machine learning and AI trends.

  • Experience in the drug discovery space.

  • A strong interest in understanding new technologies and adept at conveying their value to business executives and software development leaders.

  • Track record of successfully growing revenue for new innovative technology based solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to persuade -- using simple communications that convey sophisticated concepts in a compelling, concise, and creative way.

The base salary range is 208,000 USD - 327,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
