We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Channel Partner Readiness and Communications to build and implement channel program and communication initiatives for the NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN) to accelerate partner onboarding and increase awareness across our ecosystem of partners. This role will drive scalable partner readiness and communications programs with NPN partners including developing onboarding tools, communications, and content, leading internal and external enablement, and driving other enablement activities. You will lead the NPN communications strategy and implement projects in coordination with key teams including Program Managers, Program Operations, Partner Marketing, Partner Management, Global Field Enablement (sales), and Training. Candidates must possess the ability to drive projects to successful completion on time, and produce high quality content for partners, and internal NPN teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN) channel readiness and communications strategy and team and to support business requirements and accelerate the partners journey with NVIDIA.

  • Drive the development and implementation of communications strategies to increase awareness.

  • Create the Channel Partner on-boarding journey, based on partner type and role.

  • Lead the development of and create tools, processes, content, and communications for NPN ecosystem partners.

  • Develop and drive NPN adoption of partner readiness efforts and develop mechanisms to scale our readiness programs across the broad portfolio of partners.

  • Partner with sales leadership, business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify and develop enablement programs and tools to achieve business goals.

  • Work in partnership with program operations team to operationalize enablement programs.

  • Develop and deliver internal and external NPN program materials.

  • Create and deliver communications, webinars, and other scale mechanisms for partners on enablement topics.

What we need to see:

  • 12+ years of a combination of channel partner program, communications or enablement experience, with a minimum of 6 years managing direct reporting team.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills, with the capability to communiate complex messages in a simplified way.

  • Experience working with a broad channel partner ecosystem, translating business needs to develop successful partner readiness strategies.

  • You must be passionate about your work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • An in-depth understanding of the partner enablement program management process.

  • Strong writing skills with ability to build effective internal and partner-facing presentations and documentation.

  • Depth of experience using SFDC, MS Excel, PRM, portal and LMS solutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.

The base salary range is 176,000 USD - 276,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
