We are looking for an enthusiastic junior software engineer to join our high-performance computing and big-data acceleration team, to work on a revolutionary open-source communications framework, using modern hardware offloads, GPU calculation, RDMA programmable NICs and software algorithms. Our product is a very performance-oriented low-level infrastructure, written in C/C++ in the Linux environment. We work, think and learn as a team. What you'll be doing:

• Developing high-performance communication frameworks and applications

• Running on the world’s largest supercomputers and data-centers.

• The work environment is dynamic and challenging as our employees are currently working on innovative, next-generation products at the forefront of technology in terms of performance, scalability, and features.

What we need to see:

• B.Sc. or equivalent experience in computer science or software engineering

• 2 years+ experience of significant C/C++ development under Linux environment

• Familiarity with typical development tools (gcc, gdb, git)

• Some experience in network programming (TCP/IP or any other stack)

• Knowledge in computer architecture and operating systems concepts

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Background in MPI / parallel programming / high-performance computing

• Knowledge in RDMA technology

• Familiarity with advanced tools (perf, valgrind) and Linux internals

• Experience in a large project - including team collaboration, working according to coding standards, going through code review process, adding tests, using CI/CD pipelines

• Experience in Kernel / drivers programming
