The Sr. SAP GATP Business Systems Analyst is responsible for partnering with the Business to enable capabilities within SAP GATP and SAP SD modules. The primary responsibilities are to support SAP Strategic planning, Requirements Gathering, Process evaluation/design, Prototyping, Configuration, and Testing. Other tasks include system implementations, testing strategy, production support, documentation, training and improvement of software packages and applications by utilizing SAP and 3rd party solutions

What you’ll be doing:

• Act as the Focal contact between IT and SAP GATP Systems Users and Technical Teams to support Sales Order/Delivery Scheduling business process

• Cultivate strong business relationships with end-users and other project stakeholders

• Architect and Design Solutions within the SAP GATP and SAP SD

• Assist with the development of Blueprint and Scope documents for proposed projects/improvements/bugs

• Build functional specifications to capture Design and Requirements

• Design testing plans for unit, end to end, integration and regression testing

• Prepare Business Process Procedure documentation to support changes made to the system

• Communicated and facilitate the interaction with SAP support (OSS )

What we need to see:

• Master's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business is preferred

• Must have 10+ years of experience in the following areas: GATP configuration: Product Allocation (PAL), Product Availability check (PAC), Rules Based ATP (RBA), Back Order Processing (BOP), User exits, Multilevel ATP check, Characteristic based ATP, Scope of Check, Check instructions, CIF, CCR reconciliation, MRP Areas, Calendar setup, Sales BOM’s, etc…

• Functional configuration of APO Demand Planning related to GATP, macros, data loads

• Experience with Sales order configuration processing and Sales Order Scheduling in ECC/ S4

• Deep understanding of Delivery processing and Shipment scheduling

• Experience with Transportation/Routes/lead times involved in Scheduling

• Demonstrable ability to prioritize information and processes in a logical and efficient manner.

• Excellent use of MS Suite of products, including Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point, MS Project

The base salary range is 128,000 USD - 201,250 USD.
