Our technology has no boundaries! NVIDIA is building the world’s most groundbreaking and state of the art accelerated compute platforms for the world to use. It’s because of our work that scientists, researchers and engineers can advance their ideas. We pioneered a supercharged form of computing loved by the fastest paced computer users in the world - scientists, designers, artists, and gamers.

We are seeking a highly motivated server management architect to join our team of experts and help shape the future of AI & Cloud Computing. Our next-generation Bluefield DPUs will be at the forefront of connecting and powering the world's most advanced compute clusters, from supercomputers used in AI research to cloud & storage servers.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Define server platform architecture for next generation data center products for AI and cloud, focusing on dense networking solution.

  • Design is highly restricted in space, power and thermals.

  • Define system management architectures for the different platforms

  • Define system integration model for reset, recovery and boot

  • Partner with product, software, design and platform engineering groups for converging plans according to requirements

  • Work with the software team on software and hardware APIs

  • Research next generation needs

What We Need To See:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or higher

  • 5+ years on ASIC or server platform architecture, experience with server platform architectures, management topologies and trusted platforms

  • Experience with SoC architecture (boot, reset, upgrade, etc.)

  • Experience with board design methodology (signal integrity, stack up, layout design, etc.)

  • Experience with platform components required to build servers such as NVMe, I2C and PCIe

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:

  • Experience with server platform management architecture (redfish, etc.)

  • Familiar with packaging technologies (MCM, interposer, etc.)

  • Experience with building dense sever class computing elements

  • Knowledge of HW/SW connections available on the management entity and the managing connections of elements within a server rack

  • Knowledge of building DPU and NIC systems
