This role is based out of NVIDIA’s India operations as part of the Finance team and reports directly to the Stock Administration Director. You will be primarily responsible to review current practices and create process efficiencies through automation of global Payroll & Stock Administration operations. This involves ensuring compliance with country specific regulations and partnering with key collaborators across the world. This role requires maintaining confidentiality and treating sensitive information with discretion, acting as a role model for ethical behavior, and being an advocate of and following Company policies. It requires excellent people, communication and writing skills to collaborate across various global cultures and regions.
What you'll be doing:
Work with IT team to build applications for the Stock Administration and Payroll Teams.
Customize applications and interfaces for Payroll and/or Stock Administration including country specific taxation.
Build BOTs to automate repetitive business processes.
Work with external and internal partners to support business processes by adding automation.
Build and test reports for regulatory filings based on country specific requirements.
What we need to see:
Proven Business Analyst or similar role in an Information Technology department for 5+ years.
Outstanding analytical and statistical skills with the ability to apply them to financial systems issues and products as needed.
Ability to work and think independently.
Proficiency with SQL and MS Office, especially Excel.
Strategic problem solver who can contribute to building strategic roadmaps for technology investments.
Ability to quickly acquire knowledge related to business operations and product specifications.
Proficiency with collecting requirements and analysis techniques.
Validated experience with Agile methodologies, tools and SDLC.
Hands on experience of Tableau, power BI or other visualization tools.
In depth understanding of ETL development – Alteryx and data warehousing concepts.
Cloud proficiency in AWS, Azure or similar technologies, certification is a nice to have.
Strong hands-on experience in Python or similar programming language.
